JEOL has 70 years of expertise in leading the market in the field of electron microscopy and more than 50 years in mass spectrometry and NMR spectrometry.

This post (Executive Sales) is responsible for the direct sales and technical promotion of the JEOL product portfolio comprising of Electron microscopes (SEM TEM, FIB), NMR, sample preparation etc. in Poland.

  • Manage the sales process (from technical advice to the final negotiation)
  • Managing the marketing activity in Poland
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Co-coordinating sales projects
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Attending exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
  • Manage system demonstrations by working closely with application engineers and product marketing managers
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Work with Field Service to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires a university degree in Science or technology.
  • Preferably requires at least 2-3 years of sales experience in a related product area
  • Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills to a diverse audience is critical to the success of this position
  • Presentation skills and creating materials for presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Ability to work in good cooperation within a European team
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and factory locally and internationally
  • English speaking capabilities
