Fort de près de quinze ans d'expérience en microsonde de Castaing FEG et plus de 200 équipements installés, JEOL sort sa nouvelle version de microsonde de Castaing FEG (FE-EPMA) : la JXA-8530FPlus.

La JXA-8530FPlus est la 3ème génération de FE-EPMA et propose des capacités d'analyses et d'imagerie inégalées grâce à son nouveau canon FEG (JEOL In-Lens Schottky Plus) et sa colonne électronique améliorée.
